About PHCC

Southwest Florida Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association was formed in 1971 to promote, educate and advance the Plumbing Heating and Cooling industry.

Our goal is to offer businesses of all sizes training and career development that contributes to the strength and success of their business. We support new plumbing and HVAC business owners as well as seasoned veterans, as well as employees, managers and partners. We believe membership in PHCC is a smart investment in growing a company and advancing a career.

Mission Statement
The Southwest Florida PHCC serves the needs of its members and associate members by enhancing the opportunity for all members to conduct business cooperatively, professionally, ethically and profitably by:
  • Promoting national industry standards
  • Educating and training our members for certification in their field
  • Marketing member capabilities
  • Advocating responsible development

Members of our Association adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, which maintains that a high standard of conduct will be met in all activities.

The Southwest Florida Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors Association operates as an Affiliated Association of the Florida Association of Plumbing- Heating-Cooling Contractors and the National Plumbing- Heating-Cooling Contractors and to help promote the highest standards of workmanship benefiting members, homeowners, and communities.

The power of these three associations collectively work to promote the highest standards of workmanship benefiting members, homeowners, and communities.

  1. The National level, where we constantly monitor legislation that affects PHCC contractors.
  2. The State level, where we keep up to date on state licensing laws, unfair utility competition,
    provide apprenticeship training, etc.
  3. The Local level, your Southwest Florida PHCC, where it all comes together to provide training
    programs, personal service and interaction with your fellow contractors.
